TBF 2021 Fall Intern – Anna Pickering

The Brahman Foundation benefited from our summer internship so much that we decided to add a Fall program to help with our Funding the Future Sale and to keep our website up to date. Please welcome Anna Pickering as our Fall Intern.

Howdy y’all! My name is Anna Pickering and I am currently a sophomore majoring in Agricultural Communications at Texas A&M University. I’m originally from Redwater, Texas and I grew up heavily involved in the Brahman breed and youth organizations. Throughout my time in the AJBA, I was fortunate enough to serve as the 2020 TJBA Reporter, as well as hold various offices in FFA, FCCLA, and many other extracurricular organizations. While in college, I have made it my goal to fully submerge myself in agriculture whether it be through social organizations or professional internships such as this.

Growing up, I always knew I wanted to stay involved in the Brahman breed and the agricultural industry. Upon graduation, I hope to serve youth in agriculture through organizations such as the TJBA and AJBA, as well as advocate for the cattle industry. I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve as the Brahman Foundation’s Fall intern. If you ever need anything, please feel free to give me a call!
